I design tradizionali hanno affrontato questo ampio range di velocit\u00e0 abbinando motori a pistoni assiali a cilindrata variabile abbinati a riduttori con cambi meccanici, in modo da diminuire il rapporto di trasmissione per raggiungere la velocit\u00e0 massima in uscita.<\/p><p>Un&#8217;altra soluzione consiste nell&#8217;utilizzare un numero maggiore di motori, escludendone alcuni tramite frizioni o freewheeling. Tuttavia, questa variazione discreta delle cilindrate crea dei vuoti nella coppia trasmissibile, oltre a introdurre organi meccanici aggiuntivi, con conseguenti costi di primo impianto, manutenzione e ridotta affidabilit\u00e0.<\/p><p><strong>SAI propone motori a cilindrata variabile con rapporti fino a 8:1, consentendo la trasformazione continua della potenza idraulica in potenza meccanica , dalla minima alla massima velocit\u00e0, senza l&#8217;impiego di cambi o frizioni.<\/strong><\/p><p>In tabella 3 troviamo un benchmark applicativo per una testa di perforazione da 190kNm.<\/p><p>La soluzione tradizionale con il motore a pistoni assiali richiede di modificare la riduzione meccanica per raggiungere velocit\u00e0 superiori a 45 rpm, mentre con il motore SAI \u00e8 possibile L&#8217;angolo di contatto tra pistone e albero rimane invariato al variare della cilindrata (fig<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al contrario, i motori a pistoni assiali alla riduzione della cilindrata modificano l\u2019angolo di applicazione della forza dei pistoni, penalizzando la risultante che contribuisce alla generazione di coppia, aumentando invece il carico sui cuscinetti, riducendo l\u2019efficienza complessiva.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infine, il motore SAI eroga potenza a un regime di velocit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 adatto all\u2019utilizzo della macchina.
